With the increase in thermal performance for new builds coming into force in May 2023 there is no better time to gain significantly increased thermal performance without adding significant costs.
XTHERM™ GOLD is a complete system incorporating our full flashing suite, lamina of hand-applied modified plaster coatings, full surface fibreglass reinforcement, styled with your choice of textures from ROCKCOTE or Plaster Systems – all finished with Resene protective coatings in your favourite Resene colours.
Proven Technology The XTHERM™ GOLD insulated plaster facade system incorporates our exclusive 50mm thick XTHERM™ GOLD ultra-high-density, fire retardant PIR (Polyisocyanurate) panels, providing far greater thermal insulation and hardness than traditional standard grade EPS (expanded polystyrene).
The System is fixed over a 20mm cavity on timber or steel framing creating an unbroken layer of outsulation which we consider to be the most efficient method to keep the warmth in and the cold out. XTHERM™ GOLD can be installed over steel or timber framed buildings, and even over concrete structures.
And all XTHERM Gold insulation material and finish plaster coats are all made right here in New Zealand.
