Cemintel Territory
The Cemintel Territory pre-finished fibre cement cladding panels simulate materials like stone, timber, concrete, metal, tiles and plaster.
They utilise cement-bonded, fibrous wood particles, pre-finished using a durable multi-layer paint process and a Nichiguard stain resistant coating.
Cemintel Territory panels are tongue and groove profiled along longest edges, and fit together to form a waterproof joint. The panels are secured with the panel clip, which is installed over a wall underlay or rigid air barrier. The system is installed over either timber frames, steel frames or masonry structure.
The Cemintel Territory range is made by Nichiha in Japan, and distributed exclusively in New Zealand by Sate of Clad. Territory was created in Japan to meet the seismic needs of that market – similar geographically to New Zealand.
The system includes proprietary installation componentry for durable, water-resistant cladding.
Cemintel Barestone is made in Australia to meet the aesthetic demands for a concrete look without the weight, while meeting non-combustibility requirements.
The attractive, low-maintenance, prefinished fibre cement cladding panels are available in four raw concrete colours from light to dark, including Barestone Original, Barestone Ash, Barestone Lunar and Barestone Graphite.
Barestone panels provide a natural, raw appearance that blends seamlessly into their environment and easily adapt to modern, contemporary designs.
The panels feature Ceminseal water-blocking technology and are factory sanded, ready for installation with a trusted aluminium rail system. Durable and adaptable, Barestone panels can be used in many diverse ways and cut to different shapes and sizes for a dramatic design effect.
Cemintel Barestone has become firmly established as Australia’s favourite choice for internal and external applications and is now distributed exclusively in New Zealand by Sate of Clad.
