An upgrade option for Hettich’s latest thin-walled drawer system, AvanTech YOU, Signature Lighting elevates the design aesthetic and useability of your drawers.
Drawer lighting is a popular way to add impact to your design, particularly in bathroom vanities. Hettich wanted to bring this design aspect to its AvanTech YOU drawer, which is recognised for its design-friendly features.
Leveraging the drawers’ existing design aspects, such as design profiles and inlay drawers, Hettich was able to create signature lighting that differentiated from the rest through attachment to the drawer itself – illuminating the inside of a drawer for better visibility in low light.
AvanTech YOU Lighting is easily installed by simply clipping on the profile, or by inserting the LED strip between the drawer side and inlay material. No mains connection is required, as it is powered by a lithium-ion battery pack which requires charging only once per year.
With the latest lithium-ion technology you can be confident in its performance and durability.
AvanTech YOU Lighting automatically switches on each time the drawer is opened, and switches off again when the drawer is closed or after 30 seconds to conserve battery.
This innovative product is ideal for high end residential developers, builders, kitchen makers or homeowners. It is bound to have appeal in luxury commercial applications too, such as hotel interiors.
Signature Lighting is manufactured by recognised lighting specialist Halemeier and available exclusively directly from Hettich New Zealand.
